I was using this website this morning and I started crying because I had no idea half the stuff was even on my mind, it was things that I hadn’t told anyone and hadn’t even told myself, and it really, really made me feel so much better. Sometimes I’m not even really upset and I come here and feel so much better after just thinking things through. It lets you get so much off your chest, it’s great.
